How the Academy Works

Look, this ain't your typical gym membership where you show up and do whatever. The Warrior Academy is structured like an actual training progression system. You start as an Initiate, complete courses, earn badges, unlock advanced training, and work your way up through the ranks. Every session counts, every skill you master gets tracked, and yeah - there's actual proof you're getting better at this stuff.

Foundations course

Combat Foundations

This is where everyone starts. We're talking basic striking mechanics, footwork drills, defensive positioning, and building that baseline conditioning. You'll learn how to throw a proper punch without breaking your hand and how to move without gassing out in 30 seconds. It's not glamorous but it's necessary.

Strength fundamentals

Strength Fundamentals

Getting strong isn't complicated but people mess it up all the time. This course teaches the big lifts - squat, deadlift, bench, overhead press. Proper form, progressive overload, program structure. You'll understand why you're lifting what you're lifting and how to actually get results instead of just showing up and hoping.

Advanced combat

Advanced Combat Tactics

Now we're talking. Combination work, counter-fighting, pressure strategies, and controlled sparring. This is where you stop being a beginner and start actually knowing what you're doing in there.
